Dealing with the labor challenges of today requires solidarity, foresight, and the will to fight for what is right. Southeast Texas Building and Construction Trades Council emerged out of the need for worker representation and the desire for collective actions to speak louder than individual words. Established in 1964, we’re an organization driven by progressive ideas, bold actions, and a strong foundation of support.
